BBQ RICE is a BBQ floured dish, layered with smoked vegetable rice, smoked spicy hot chicken and covered with mayo mix sauce. I


Ingredients

1 LAYER Basmati long grain rice_ 1/2kg boiled Capsicum finely cut _1/4 C Carrot finely cut _1/4 C Spring Onions finely cut _1/4 C Red chilli flakes _1/2 tsp Garlic cloves 5_6 finely chopped Oil _1/4 C Salt as per taste *For smoke Coal _small piece Ghee _ 1tbsp 2 LAYER Boneless chicken cubes _ 1/2 kg Marination Tandoori masala _2tbsp Chilli paste _ 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste _ 1tbsp Lemon juice _2tbsp Curd beaten _ 2tbsp Oil _ 1tbsp Salt as per taste Mix all the ingredients n marinate it for 30 minutes *For smoke Coal _small piece Ghee 1tbsp 3 LAYER Mayonnaise _ 1/2C Ketchup _ 2tbsp Chilli garlic spread _ 1tbsp

Step By Step Method

  • 1LAYER Boil rice with salt and 1tbsp vinegar.when done , drain and keep aside Heat the oil in non stick karahi . Put garlic n chilli flakes ,fry them . Now add vegetable n saute them . Now add boiled rice n mix with vegetables . Lastly give somke . 2LAYER Cook marinated chicken till tender and dry it . When done give smoke. 3 LAYER Mix all the ingredients well. Add a big pinch of freshly grounded pepper pd (optional) ASSEMBLING Take a pan n put smoked vegetable rice, now spread smoked chicken, now cover with sauce. Bake in oven for 8_10 minutes . *Tips: put shredded cheese on the top& sprinkle little mixed herb before baking,it will add more flavor to the dish m gives an extra saucy taste.
