Smooth coal flavour barbeque malai chaap


Ingredients

1. Raw soyachap : 4 sticks 2. Butter : 100 gms 3. Curd : 200 gms 4. Garam masala : 10 gms 5. Salt 6. Coriander : 100 gm 7. Black pepper : 10 gm 8. Onions : 250 gm 9. Cream : 250ml

Step By Step Method

  • 1. Marinate soyachap with curd, garam masala and leave for rest in refrigerator. 2. Make chatni of coriander in mixer. 3. Burn the coal red for barbeque. 4. Put the marinated chaaps in sticks. 5. Barbeque in the Prestige barbeque at low flame for better and smooth texture and flavour of coal. 6. When it looks fine, then remove from sticks and cut into small pieces. 7. Mesh and mix with butter and cream. 8. Serve in a plate with chatni.
