It is a starter served with mayonnaise dip, it is crunchy and awesome taste loved by all, looks very interesting. It is my own dish it was created after I had a similar dish in a Japanese restaurant.


Banana flower peeled into individual flower 30 to 40, Corn flour 5 top, Rice flour 1tsp, Pepper to taste, Salt to taste, Water to mix. Oil to fry. Ingredients to make the dip, Mayonnaise 1/2cup, Salt to taste, Pepper to taste, Italian seasonings 1 top.


Bowl, kadai, spoons, plates.

Step By Step Method

  • Heat a kadai add oil to fry, now take a bowl add all the ingredients one by one and mix it to a dosa batter consistency. Once the oil is hot dip each flower in the batter and leave the flowers in the oil, fry it for 5 to 6 mins. Now remove it from the oil to a tissue paper to remove excess oil. To make the dip, Add all the ingredients to the mayonnaise and mix well. Now serve hot finger chips with sauce.
