Amazingly Baked Cauliflower brings in fresh taste to the snacks.


1 no. of Small Cauliflower 

2 tbsp of Oil 
1 cup of Onion Paste 
1 tbsp of Garlic-Ginger Paste 
½ cup of Tomato Puree 
1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder 
½ tsp of Turmeric Powder 
½ tsp of Garam Masala Powder 
½ tsp of Dry Mango Powder (Amchoor) 
Salt to taste 3/4

Step By Step Method

  • Put the cauliflower in boiling water and allow it to boil for 5-10 minutes. Remove the cauliflower after boiling and allow it to cool. In a pan, add oil, onion paste, gingergarlic paste and roast it for a while. Now add tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchoor and salt and fry it for a while. Apply this fried paste on the cauliflower and place it on the baking tray. Bake at 200o Centigrade for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
