An apple a day keeps the Docter away. Also nutritious milk and dry fruits with it make the apple tastier.


Ingredients

Apple 2 Milk 1/2 litre Dry fruits (cashew and Kusuma) Vanilla custard powder 1 spoons Badam milk powder 2 spoon Jaggery powder 1/4 cup Ghee 3 spoons Rose petals 10

Step By Step Method

  • Firstly boil milk . Add vanilla custard powder with small amount of water and mix . Add it to the milk and boil it while stirring. Add jaggery and let it melt and blend while the stove is on low flame. Take another pan and fry cashew nuts and kismiss with ghee. Add grated apple to it and fry for a while. Add the above mix to the milk mix. Add Badami milk powder to it and let it boil. Off the flame. Serve with rose petals.
