Aloo/Potato corn nuggets are a very popular potato snacks recipe made from mashed potatoes and sweet corn. Crunchy, tasty and simply irresistible snack recipe. Can be served as an appetizer/evening snack. Mashed potato, ground corn paste with many spices & veggies added together to form this yummy snack recipe.

Boiled & mashed aloo - 1 cup (3 potatoes) Chopped onions - 1 Bread crumbs - of 6/8 slices Chopped capsicum - 1 Steamed sweet corn - 30 kernels Sweet corn paste - 1/2 cup Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup Salt to taste Rice flour - 4 spoons Besan - 2 spoons Grated ginger - 1/2 spoon Garam Masala - 1/4 spoon Green chilli paste - 1 spoon Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon Oil to deep fry

Step By Step Method

  • 1. Mix all the above listed ingredients to form a stiff dough 2. Grease your palm with oil, take small portions of the mixture, shape them as desired and refrigerate for 10 mins 3. Deep fry them on medium flame till they turn Crisp & golden brown 4. Serve with tomato ketchup
