Ingredients

Ingredients:Green,Red & Yellow capsicums-Two each (totally 6 capsicums ) 1/4 caps cut ( do not throw the caps) , de seeded & washed thoroughly .use toothpicks / thread to seal/ fasten d capsicums . FOR STUFFING :- 1/2kg minced mutton (KHEEMA ), 5 big onions finely chopped, 1/4 bunch of coriander leaves finely chopped, 1 green chilli slit lengthwise , salt to taste( 1 tea spoon table salt) , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 2 tsps coriander powder, 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper corns, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder , 1cardamom, 1clove, 1inch piece cinnamon , 2tsps ginger garlic paste & 31/2 table spoons oil for seasoning . For Grinding Sauce:- 2 Tomatoes , 1 onion, 1/4 bunch coriander leaves, 1 cardamom , 1clove & 1 inch piece cinnamon . For Seasoning Sauce:- 1& 1/2 table spoons oil , 1tsp ginger garlic paste & salt to taste (1/4 tea spoon table salt).

Step By Step Method

  • METHOD:- Heat 3 & 1/2 table spoons of oil in a pan ,add cardamom , clove, cinnamon , onion & 1 tsp salt fry till onion turns pink, add ginger garlic paste & fry till its raw smell evaporates add minced mutton (kheema) , green chilli ,red chilli powder ,coriander powder, crushed pepper corns, turmeric powder & fry for a minute add coriander leaves & simmer till d stuffing is totally dry. Take the capsicums & fill them with the stuffing save some stuffing for seasoning - place the caps over each capsicums & seal it/ fasten it with toothpicks / thread & set them aside. Take 1&1/2 table spoons oil in a thick bottomed pan add 1tsp ginger garlic paste & fry , add d ground sauce & 1/4 tsp salt give one boil add the saved stuffing & mix well , now gently place the sealed capsicums one by one & cook for 8-10 minutes finally let it simmer for 5 minutes , when the bright green capsicums turn to olive green colour the capsicums will be fully cooked. Serve hot as side dish with rotis/ khooshka /rice
