You will need the following:-
- Amul Butter (Of course) - 100 gms. - Soft / at room temperature.
- Wooden Spoon / Beater
- Bowl
- Garlic - 1 crushed clove
- Parsely (Ajmoda) - 2 tbsp finely chopped
Preparation method:-
Take the butter in a bowl and beat it with a wooden spoon till it is soft and creamy. Then add Garlic and parsely one by one and beat it. Take the flavoured butter and spread it evenly on a cling-film, roll it and seal it from both ends. The butter is now ready. You can store it in the fridge for upto 3 days or in a freezer for upto a month.
How to use this butter? There are various ways and recipes that you can use this butter. You can fry cubes of bread in this butter and add to soups or salads, spread over open mushrooms before grilling or you can even tuck a little butter between the flesh and skin of chicken breasts before roasting.
