This is a simple, yet delicious dish that can be made as an alternative to the regular kadhai paneer. Zafrani Paneer has a fragrant and delicate white gravy with pieces of succulent paneer.


Ingredients

  • 50 gms. Paneer
  • 2 tbsp Green Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Kaju Kismis
  • 1 cup Red Gravy

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Apply green chutney on Paneer

    Step 2. Sprinkle kaju kismis

    Step 3. Put another slice of paneer and grill it

    Step 4. Prepare gravy and pour it on the paneer and serve it
