Vegetable Bread roll is a healthy and delicious dish for breakfast.


Ingredients

  1. Boiled potatoes-mashed-100gm
  2. Bread slices-6no.
  3. Coriander powder-5gm
  4. Salt-to taste
  5. Garam masala-½ tspn
  6. Chili powder-½ tspn
  7. Coriander leaves-15gm
  8. Amchur powder-¼ tspn
  9. Ginger chopped-10gm
  10. Onion chopped-15gm
  11. Boiled peas-30gm
  12. Oil-10ml

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Filling: Mix together potatoes, peas, coriander leaves and all the powdered masala. Divide into equal parts.

    Step 2. Take bread and dip it in salted water and squeeze the water completely.

    Step 3. Next add the filling and close the rolls with your palms ensuring no water is left over in the bread.

    Step 4. You may give any shape of your choice, round or long to the rolls.

    Step 5. Pre heat the Air fryer at 180° C for four minutes. Lightly coat the fryer basket with oil.

    Step 6. Keep the bread rolls in the basket and lightly brush with oil.

    Step 7. Air fry at 180° C for 10-12 minutes.
