Veg Hakka Noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese dish that one can get in most restaurants in India and even as a popular street food.


Ingredients

  • NOODLES - 100 GM
  • CAPSICUM - 20 GM
  • CABBAGE - 20 GM
  • CARROT - 20 GM
  • ONION - 10 GM 
  • SOYA SAUCE - AS PER TASTE
  • SALT - AS PER TASTE
  • VINEGAR - AS PER TASTE

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. The first step is to boil the noodles in hot water.

    Step 2. Next, wash all veggies properly and cut it in slices.

    Step 3. Take a Prestige Non-Stick frying pan and saute all veggies in little oil and add all required herbs, one by one.

    Step 4. After that, mix noodles and veggies to make Hakka Noodles. Stir continuosly to avoid the noodles sticking to the pan
