Stuffed Mushroom is a restaurant-worthy appetizer stuffed with cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and a hint of heat.


Ingredients

  • MUSHROOM - 8 TO 10 PCS
  • PROCESSED CHEESE - 60 GM 
  • SALT - AS PER TASTE
  • CONTINENTAL HERB - AS PER TASTE
  • BELL PEPPER - 20 GM
  • GARLIC - 5 GM
  • OIL - 20 ML

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. The first step is to take the fresh mushroom, mix them with continental herb, garlic and keep it aside for 10 mins to marinate.

    Step 2.  After that, take a Prestige Non-Stick frying pan and saute the mushroom with bell pepper and very little oil.

    Step 3. On the other side, make a stuffing mixture with cheese and herbs.

    Step 4. Next, stuff cheese in sauted mushroom and give a little heat to melt the cheese, your stuffed mushroom is ready
