Rajma ka Galouti is a delectable vegetarian version of the traditional galouti kebab, where meat has been replaced with rajma.


Ingredients

  1. Rajma-100gm
  2. Ginger-10gm
  3. Garlic-5gm
  4. Salt-to taste
  5. Red chili powder-5gm
  6. Garam masala-1/3tspn
  7. Coriander leaves-chopped-10gm
  8. Green chilly-chopped-1no.
  9. Fried onion paste-5gm
  10. Boiled potato mash-75gm
  11. Kewra optional-2-3drops
  12. Oil-10ml

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Clean, wash, soak rajma overnight. Boil along with ginger, garlic, salt, red chili powder. Drain, cool & grind to a smooth paste.

    Step 2. Mix rest of the ingredients except oil. Divide into equal parts and roll into tikkis ( medallion). Refrigerate for some time.

    Step 3. Pre heat the Air fryer at 180° C for four minutes. Lightly coat the fryer basket with oil.

    Step 4. Keep the Galouti in the basket and lightly brush with oil. Air fry at 180° C for 8-10 minutes or till crisp.
