Oatmeal cookies is a favorite dish for both kids and adults. This crisp and chewy cookie is loaded with oats, dried fruit, and chopped nuts.


  1. Butter-100gm
  2. Oatmeal-300gm
  3. Eggs-2 nos.
  4. Sugar-100gm
  5. Refined flour-125gm
  6. Baking powder-¼ tspn
  7. Vanilla essence-5ml
  8. Walnuts chopped-50gm

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Pre heat the Air fryer at 180° C for four minutes.

    Step 2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.Beat in eggs one at a time and then stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and stir into the creamed mixture until smoothly blended. Mix in the quick oats and walnuts. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.

    Step 3. Air fry at 180° C for 20 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Step 4. Store in airtight container.
