Quite an innovative recipe, the Manchurian Idli  is prepared from leftover idlis. Idly is deep fried and sauteed in Chinese sauces.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cabbage
  • 2 tbsp carrot
  • 2 tbsp beans
  • 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  • 500 gms idli batter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Saute all the ingredients  in a frying pan and mix in the leftover deep fried idlis.
