Samagri :-   Bada ke liye : ½ Katori Grated Makka,gahu ka aata ½ catori,hung curd ½ big spoon ,namak ½ tsp,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,til1 tsp,Oil For fry.

Curd: 2 katori ,hari chatni,Mithi chatni,1/4 pisi suger, 0 no. Ki namkin.

  • Makke ko great karke usmai gahu ka aata,hung curd,namakmirch,garam masala.til dalkar uska dough banana hai aur uske bade banana hai ,phir isko 8-10 minitue pani mai bhigokar nikal lena hai ,phir iske uper dahi,hari chatni,mithi chtni aur thodisi pisi sugar dalni hai aur upeer se 0 no ki namkin se sajana hai .
