2 green chillis
1 oz. fresh root Ginger
1 bunch Coriander leaves
1 lb. minced lamb ½ carton yoghurt
½ Teaspoon pepper pinch of ground Cloves
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric powder
2 slIces of fresh white Bread, grated
Salt to taste
Melted Butter for coating
Grill Pan, Barbeque Grill.
Step By Step Method
Mince the onion, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves finely. Mix them with all the other ingredients in a bowl and leave for two hours. Form mixture into ball-shaped kababs. Brush with melted butter and grill until cooked.
