250 grms mota aata,200 grms dhsi ghee ,150 grms gud ,100 grms gond,1tsp sott,1tsp ajvayan,1/4 tsp kali mirch ,kamar khass 1/2 tsp,pipal 1/4 tsp badam, Pista ,ilaychi.

  • Gud ko tukde kar lenge , Sott ,ajvayan ,kali mirch, kamar khass, pipal,ilaychi. sabhi ko mixi mai baarik kar lenge,badam pista katran mai kaat lenge , Gond ko chne ki dal se thoda chota kar lenge

    sabse pahley gas pe pan rakhkar usmai thoda ghee dalenge aur ghee garam hone per usmai gond dalkar midiam gas per phulla lenge aur gas per se Gond uttar lenge aur mota aata dalkar goldan brown hone tak sek leige ,phir ek basi thaali mai gud aur sabhi masale dal denge aur uske upper garm aata dal denge jab aata thoda thanda ho jaye usko 2 spoon ki sahyta se mila lenge ,at last badam pista dalkar gond ke laddu tayaar kar lenge .

    Note : ye laddu Winter season me bhut strong and hot rahte hai jarur use karna chiye. delivery ke baad bhi ladies ko ye khilaye jaate hai
