  1. Potatoes-225gm
  2. Salt / pepper-to taste
  3. Vinegar-20ml
  4. Water as reqd.
  5. Oil-10ml


Prestige Air Fryer

Step By Step Method

    1. Peel, wash and cut potatoes in to finger shape.
    2. Soak them in water mixed with salt & vinegar for at least half an hour.
    3. Drain and wash them thoroughly. Drain excess water and pat dry with paper towel.
    4. Pre heat the Air fryer at 200° C for four minutes. Lightly coat the fryer basket with oil.
    5. Keep the chips in the basket and lightly brush with oil. Air fry at 200° C for 18 - 20 minutes or till crisp & golden brown.
