Step By Step Method
Powder the sugar finely; so that it gets mixed with the besan nicely.
Put the dry fruits in a mixer-grinder and grind them just one time. So that, they wouldn't be too powdery.
Finely sieve the besan. Take it into a wide plate.
Heat the ghee in a pan with thick base.
