Cutlet is a very simple and popular snack item. It is very easy to make and can be had as an appetizer or light afternoon snack.


  1. American corn boiled-125gm
  2. Potato boiled, mashed-75gm
  3. Salt/pepper-to taste
  4. Chili flakes-½tspn
  5. Oregano-5gm
  6. Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
  7. Oil-10ml

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil.

    Step 2. Add breadcrumbs and mix. Rest the mixture for 10-15 minutes. 

    Step 3. Divide into equal portions and shape each portion into an oval shaped cutlet.

    Step 4. Pre heat the Air fryer at 180° C for four minutes. Lightly coat the fryer basket with oil.

    Step 5. Keep the cutlets in the basket and lightly brush with oil. Air fry at 180° C for 10-12 minutes.
