Step By Step Method
Dice all the vegetables in small pieces. Take two slices of Bread and cut in small pieces then fry or saute in little oil( Bread crumbs). fry the groundnuts in oil.Take 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and for two minutes saute all the vegetables except tomato.Take off from heat add grapes , tomatoes ,groundnuts and bread crumbs.Squeeze the lemon and add salt and pepper.
Chill for 1 hour then serve in a tray
