Palak 250 grms,paneer 200 grms,oil 2-4 tbsp,hing one-two pinch ,jeera 1/2 tsp ,haldi powder 1/4 tsp, kasuri maithi 1 tsp,tomato 3-4,green chilli 2,ginger ek tukda,crean /malai 2 tbsp,lal mirch 1/4 tsp ,namak to taste,garam masala 1/4 tsp lemom juice 2 tsp

Step By Step Method

  • Palak ko acche se dhoker ubal lenge fhir thanda hone per mixi mai grind ker lenge.

    Tomato ko bhi ubalker thanda hone per peace lenge.

    Paneer ke chkor peace ker lenge ( chahe to fry ker le ).....

    Ek pan mai oil dalker garam ker lenge phir ismai hing aur jeera dal denge fhir ismai ginger ,green mirchi ka paste dal denge aur thoda bunane ke baad tomato ki pure dal denge aur palak bhi dal denge aur thoda bhune ke baad ismai cream/malai mix ker denge  aur jab tak bhunge jab tak grave oil nahi chod de fhir ismai paneer ke tukade dalker 2-3 minitue sim gas per pakaynge ab last mai garam masala aur nimbu dal denge .....

    Tayaar hai palak paneer

    Palak aur tomato ko ek saath bhi ubalsakte hai aur ek saath mixi mai grind ker sakte hai.

    Nimbu milne se palak ka colour dark nahi hota...

    Paneer ko jayda nahi pakana chahiye nahi towo hard ho jata hai .
