Step By Step Method

  • Take a mixing bowl and put maida in it. Heat the ghee then mix it with  maida ,water and little salt and knead the dough. Let it set for half an hour. (Cover)

    Take the cheese , grate it then add mashed potatoes and corn to it . Add ginger paste, green chilli paste, cashews, salt, black pepper powder, coriander leaves  and mix well. (Filling)

    Make small balls from the filling and keep them aside.

    Take the dough make small balls from it and roll in form of Rotis.

    Cut each roti in half , apply some water at one end and  make a cone shape. Fill the filling ball in that cone and seal the ends .Prepare all the samosas in same way.

    Heat the oil in a kadhai and when the oil is hot add the samosas slowly , fry them till they turn golden brown . 

    Drain the Samosas and put them in a plate. Remove excess oil with a tissue.
