Ingredients

Red juicy carrots - 250 gm , mava (Thicken milk) - 100 gm,  roasted sesame (Til) powder - 50 gm,  Sugar powder- 150 gm, cashew nut - 30 gm, raisins 30 gm, clarified butter (ghee)- 50 gm.

Step By Step Method

    • Wash the red carrot and grated it.
    • Shallow roasting the sesame (til) till light brown and then grind it.
    • Take deep frying pan & take clarified ghee melt it.
    • Add carrot, cashew nut & raisins heat till well cooked.
    • Then add mava, roasted seasame powder and sugar powder mix it well after 5 min.  switch off the gas flame.  
    • Then make a round shape tasty ladoo.
    • Which is nice n healthy for health.
