Step By Step Method

  • Boil the milk and keep aside..

    Take a jellly mould and add 2 tbsp of sugar and place over a flame and caramelize the sugar..

    Remove from the fire.  Twist the mould till the syrup coats the sides and base of the mould..

    Beat the eggs very light.

    Add sugar and dissolve it..

    then add milk and vanilla essence to it..

    pour into the prepared jelly mould..

    cover it with butter paper and pressure cook for 20 minutes without vessel..

    when cooked , cool it and turn upside down...
