Christmas and New year come in winter season. Almond is very beneficial for healthy special in winter season. So I made my dish with Almond.
1 cup sugar, 3 table spoon vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 50 gm – soaked & peel off sliced almond, 1 cup sour cream, ½ cup milk, 4 cups fine flour, 1 tea spoon – baking powder, 1 tea spoon baking soda, ½ tea spoon – salt, 30 gm Milk made, Tooty & fruity – 10 gm, Butter – 5 gm.
Large bowl, tea spoon, table spoon, Ovan, blender muffins cups for baking.
Step By Step Method
· Take a large bowl and add sugar, veg. oil, eggs and Milk made stir it.
· Beat sour cream and add 1 or 2 spoon milk and blended well.
· Fine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt mix it and blend it well.
· Spread butter on muffins cup and divide batter equally for muffin cups.
· Set all the batter into the muffins cup then lastly add almond slice.
· Heat oven before baking and bake almond muffins 375 degree Celsius for 15-18 min.
