A yummy and nutritious snack, this sandwiched paneer can be made up in minutes. It is great for breakfast, brunch and snacks, best served hot. Ingredients:- 200 - 250 gms. of cottage cheese (paneer) - cut into thin and long slices (like a half sandwich). For chutney: 1 cup coriander leaves - Chopped 4 tbsp cashew nuts - Finely chopped Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Ginge

A yummy and nutritious snack, this sandwiched paneer can be made up in minutes. It is great for breakfast, brunch and snacks, best served hot.

Ingredients:-

200 - 250 gms. of cottage cheese (paneer) - cut into thin and long slices (like a half sandwich).

For chutney:
1 cup coriander leaves - Chopped
4 tbsp cashew nuts - Finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Ginger-Chilli paste
salt to taste

Add all the ingredients in mixture and grind until everything blends well. After you have prepared your fresh chutney, apply between 2 pcs of paneer, club the 2 pcs like a sandwich and shallow fry on non stick pan with butter. Serve with chaat masala sprinkled on top of it and long chopped slices of onions.
