1. Fry onions in oil .Use the onions and preserve the oil in an air tight bottle.While cooking mutton,chicken,aloo dum or any other spicy food add at an interval this oil.It gives the food an extra edge.In other recipes also add a spoon full of this oil at the end.It gives a flavour add on the taste of the food. 2. Fry fenugreek,cumin seeds,green chili,garlic,ginger,panc foron,black cumin seeds,

Tip Procedure :

1. 2. Fry fenugreek,cumin seeds,green chili,garlic,ginger,panc foron,black cumin seeds,sauf differentlt and store the oils in different air tight bottles.Where ever needed use these oils at the end or at intervals while cooking.

 

3. Dry coriander leaves,methi leaves,basil leaves,curry leaf .Fry seperately and preserve the oils seperately in an air tight bottle.When coriander leaf,methi leaf is not available , particularly during summer use these oil for the smell.Not always curry leaves are available but feel like having poha or upmah use the oil.
