Coconut milk is commonly used as a base in Indian and Thai recipes, and it makes a delicious addition to smoothies and many Indian dishes. Make your own homemade coconut milk with only shredded coconut and water.
Tip Procedure :
Scrape coconut and grind with water. Pass it through a muslin cloth for first extract - this will be a thick liquid. Add a little water to the remainder in the muslin cloth and squeeze out some more milk. This will give you a slightly thinner extract. Discard the content in the muslin cloth. Mix the milk in the bowl well.
