A super nutritious, quick drink with loads of energy and proteins, this is a simple smoothie you can make at any time. Add a little Cocoa to it to make it chocolaty.

You will need the following ingredients:-
- Omega-3 - Walnuts or Hemp Seeds. Chia and Flax may also be added to boost omega-3!
- Curd (Dahi) - If you plan to add plain curd you can add as much as you like.
- Fiber - Bananas, Nuts, and Cocoa!


This is how you prepare the Smoothie
- Add Dahi, unsweetened Cocoa, Nuts (Walnuts, Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds) and about 3 bananas to your mixer
- Blend for about a min or till all the nuts have been properly mixed.
- Check if the smoothie is thick or free flowing.
- If it is thick, then add a few more spoons of dahi to make it smooth.

The recipe is simple, highly nutritious, very tasty and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
